Avera St. Luke's Hospital — Local services in Aberdeen Township

. It's hit-and-miss depending on the doctors and nurses. Some have compassion and some acts like they don't care. My last experience here was horrible and if you're in pain and they say they're going to contact the pain management clinic refuse that consultation.

The pain management PA LISA WURNIG is a judgemental condescending cruel person. I honestly think she's a sadist, and she's inaccurate in her notations. She made comments that would indicate she actually examined my hand, when she NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT IT. She came, sat in the chair across the room and lectured me, told me my pain should be gone and refused to do anything about the pain. If she had EVEN LOOKED at my hand, she might have noticed it was grossly over swollen and that was the reason my pain still was horrible. I don't think I will use the Saint Luke's er ever again because of her.

As soon as someone bothered to look at my hand and pulled the IV's... my pain was instantly gone because my fingers weren't about to explode. Look at the picture and tell me that doesn't look like...

Im new here n jus for a while.. I truly couldn't be "Thankful enough" to All of them! Thank you especially Dr. Pietz..in the ER He figured out just How to talk to me in a kinda way.. Id listen,, To me he was a very "fun sincere & caring Dr." As well thank you Candice ,,Where i come from? I've never been treated so well n "taken so fast" Im thankful altho" I hear ya on the reviews "about pain" but I Speak for myself only,,all you complaing about not getting pain medz on demand? I too was in pain.."Mix" a few aspins up! same effect lol if not I do get what ya looking for :) I do.. And thats why they'll flag you!!" Think...? ya cant put a price on a life? and OR "good Drs." and a very clean Hospital.. I live life because its Priceless :)) everyone has their own experience i guess! so incredibly unprofessional they stuck me with needles took my urine and put a catheter in me and prescribed me medication as a minor without ever once calling my mother like they told me they would and both the doctors and the nurses were so unnecessarily rude one doctor set my appointment and gave me the card with the time and date on it and then called me an hour before what was written on the card to say i had missed the appointment but i could come in later that day and when i did the doctor came in and told me how irresponsible i was and how i wasting her time. She prescribed me an antidepressant out of the blue and i never once told her i was even sad and i didn’t ask for them. i’ve never had such bad service from any establishment in my life. absolutely ridiculous such a hostile staff for...
