Let me start with my problems are with Istorage's pay bill online service NOT with this location. Jason is ALWAYS extremely helpful. Unfortunately this company changes their system so much, it locks you out of the pay online service. Every late fee I've paid has been bc THEY changed the system & again on Oct 3rd at 7pm when I went to pay my bill online once again I could not sign in. I took pictures of the screen's message to prove I tried but they don't care. If you do not have time to call the call center to then get transfered to this location to pay your bill over the phone during their business hours, You might want to shop around & look for a place with a more reliable pay online system. Every late fee I've gotten has been bc of them changing their system AGAIN. I know they read these so please go look at my accoun, when i was late & match that up to when you've changing your systems & tell me I'm lying. Read moreI have had quite a few experiences with this storage facility throughout the years and had it not been for the new manager Antonio, I would have left a one-star review, it is all because of him that I am willing to leave this 5 start review. This storage facility has really had a great turn around since he has started. The property is cleaner, and for the first time in 3 years you can actually find someone to speak to when there are issues, and he takes care of the issue right away. iStorage, you guys really have a phenomenal employee who deserves a lot of recognition for the positive turn around this store has made in the last 2 months. I know about 10 different people who have units here, we are all very close, 3 months ago, we would talk about is how this facility was turning into a (please mind my language) S**t-hole, but now all we talk about is how NSA finally hired an employee who wants to work and who cares, and we actually recommend to a lot of people who know to rent...
Read moreI have had my storage until for over 2 year not only has it gone up but is also now going up 10 more. I have never been late on my payments. Due to my account being hacked last week my card on account had my close. I just received a new card and just so happened to be going down to my unit today and couldn’t get in with my code go in and tells me my payment was declined not realizing it was the card that was closed due to someone hacking it. I was not notified that my payment didn’t go through. The worker had said that it doesn’t show up as late payments unless they specifically look up the account funny when I was able to get to my unit they had their lock on it..... so they couldn’t call me to let me know that my payment was late but they locked my unit real quick. Like I said I have never been late, and we are in a pandemic.... but all they care about...
