I have used ServPro twice recently. One time for a flood and one for an incident which resulted in broken windows. The initial people who came out and assess the situation were empathetic and kind. The crews who came to help with the clean-up were amazing and very helpful. The only issues I had with the crew is that when they came to board the windows, they nailed the board directly into the frames of a huge picture window and the sliding glass doors. So now I have gotten the window panes fixed, I have to get the frames fixed. I don’t know if they could have nailed into the siding or not, but it’s just another expense that I don’t need. I didn’t find out what they nailed into directly until the window panes were being replaced. Dealing with the people in the office for payment was an issue each time. Both times, my email was wrong that they had on file, so they were emailing the wrong person information about my account. I received voicemails about how I was going to collections since their emails were going unanswered that had this negative underlying tone. Committing fraud was mentioned also which I did not appreciate since I had received no prior correspondence from ServPro to my knowledge . I called back immediately, and I found that was email they had on file was wrong. I paid them within 24 hours of receiving the call since I had to verify some things with my insurance company. We are so happy with everything!

It was very stressful to have our water heater leak in our basement, and from the cleanup to replacement work, we had a very good experience.

Josh was kind and explained everything. He took the time to walk through our basement, and have honest opinions about what should or could be done. Everyone was easy to contact, and it was really streamlined with our insurance company State Farm. There were no delays and everyone was professional.

Two of their team members Richie and Carla were so nice and thorough while they were working, and respectful in our home. We are so glad they were on the job, they are hard workers and knowledgeable! He actually told us he noticed something with our plumbing which we should get checked. You have a great team! And the painting looks clean and neat. They also pulled up all the carpet completely. I came home from work last night and it was barely any mess which is such a relief for us when juggling life and small kids.

The carpet guys started right away and everything went well. The materials all look great too. We are really happy we went with you guys! We would recommend to others, especially in a time of stress or unexpected situation...
