I went in on Tuesday to get a play doctor’s coat embroidered with my niece’s name on it for her birthday and my experience was excellent. It was ready on time and the quality was as expected. I’d order again for sure. Additionally:

-The shop worker was attentive, kind and thorough with taking my order.

The store is clean and well maintained.

-The art was sent in a timely fashion and was exactly as described.

-I had a problem with my Friday pickup time (my error not theirs) and the owner was very understanding and...

I have no complaints about the product because Sparrow T's, who previously owned this business, had the same shirts, but the quality of Sparrow T's customer service was far superior to Circle 66 Outfitters here in Abilene. It may be because they are just getting started here, but over 2 months to get our order is stretching it a bit. They were so disorganized. I am not sure my club will use them again and I am sorry about that, but they just are not up to the par that our club enjoyed for several years with...

We love working with Steve and the crew! We used 3+ other locations before trying Circle 66 and have stayed with them for 2 years now. As a college program, we get tshirts pretty often, big and small orders and they've always gotten us what we've wanted.
