The last time I went earlier last year I had spoken with a very helpful older woman who worked there. She was the only one there and I forgot her name, but she helped me with setting my old number up with a new device on purchase. So with that I have just fixed my old phone and wanted to set it up as a new phone so that I can do business with it. I went back here to this location because of the overwhelming positive experience I had compared to the store on Ambler where the employee was incredibly rude, dismissive and unprofessional with me and my senior father. I mention this because I was in this store for less than 2 minutes and immediately I wondered what happened to the women I talked to last time. Why is there two employees who seem to be exactly like that rude person on Ambler. I mentioned I wanted to create a new number and that I tried to create an esim online but this women who I think the others who left one star reviews is the same. She was incredibly short tempered, rude, dismissive, unprofessional and had on the offense. Like it was a massive inconvenience to her to be there at that store. She has no desire to communicate, solve or convey the issues I was experiencing and when I pointed out that I'm not appreciating the way she was conversing with me she immediately just said "okay bye." If anyone can recommend me another store where I can get service for my small business please contact me. Otherwise, I'm severely disappointed and I urge everyone who cares about getting service for their phone to not go to this store or the...

Great coupled of lil gals.! Getting my phone was a comfortable experience. The who was training did very well being distracted and staying on task..distraction is a tool for me in my shop as tool to help new employees keep cool during peak hours...she did excellent. Would not recommend this place! U ask them to do one thing and they do the complete opposite and will screw u, asked them if my bill was goin to be x amount and they say "oh yea" then when the bill is due it is a completely different amount, absolute lazy workers, manager isn't much better and had a attitude when I went to go talk to her after customer service recommended me to if I could do no stars I would..... definitely won't...
