This is the shopping center where Abilene's HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS is located. It is very well centralized in Abilene, over at 3112 North 1st. It sits between Willis and Mockingbird (or Barrow St. if you're driving north from the southside of town). The other businesses within this shopping center as of July 2021 (other than Harbor Freight) are: • AeroCare Express (medical supply) • Red Wing (shoe store) • Cricket Wireless (cell phone store) • Hot Spot Tanning Resort • World Finance (loan agency) • Samco Finance (loan agency) • Patty Harper Dance Studio This particular shopping center is pretty clean (considering its location) and is sufficiently maintained, as far as I can tell.
