Don’t ask to speak to a manager about any issues you have. I was told one thing by an employee and when I went to resolve it the manager wouldn’t take accountability for what her staff tells customers. If you do speak to a manager good luck if it’s Tay. I have used EzPawn for years as a pawnshop and as a store to find items. I will never be back here. The manager is the most childish example of a boss I have ever seen. Being a manager my self I would be ashamed to know I act like that to customers especially ones that have been loyal to my store for 6+ years. I was yelled at over the phone and told I am a liar and that what her employee told me was a lie. After trying to talk to her and continually being spoken over she proceeded to hang up the phone on me and not actually help me resolve my issue other that what she wanted to do. She didn’t ask who I spoke to or give me any chance to explain my side. Word to the wise go somewhere else. Read the BBB reviews about lost and stolen items that have come up. This store used to be great but has really lost their customer...

If I could give less the one or negative I would. I've used this pawn shop on multiple occasions and thought it was amazing till this last time. I pawn a item of mine and went to get it. Was told I had passed the day of grace (mind you I called and they said it was ok) and was told it could be sold to me out right or thru layaway. Asked why a letter wasn't sent or a phone call. They said o we don't do letters only calls. I said yall didn't call. Found out my number was wrong. All in all I had to over pay for item. Also they said they gave me a certain amount of money on the paper which was a lie. They didn't give me the amount that was on the paper. I should have checked this yes but I trusted them. The lady did nothing to try to help or anything. When I pointed out my number was wrong she blamed me for that. Just a horrible dealing from them. Will never go back and will advise no one else do that. They will rip u off for their own gain. Also the lady lied about my stuff being still in the back. And they also messed up cables for it. Now I have to buy new ones....

The lady that worked tonight had Horrible customer service, was extremely rude and the sign says they close at 5 we drove 45 min to pawn something to keep our phone and water on and we called 3 min away and told them we was trying to get there, and still made it to the door at 4:59 and she literally locked the door as my husband ran to it and was standing there, she was so disrespectful on the phone before we got there and when he called standing at the door at 4:59 and 5:00 she was hateful and disrespectful as well, how someone would let a horrible human being work for them like that is beyond me, shame on you easy pawn , shame on you and her , no I do not recommend going here. I have spend so much money at this pawn shop as well as their others, y'all just lost yet another valuable...
