This store has great service! They are attentive and helpful without being pushy. My Husband bought a nice pair of boots and some jeans. I went back the next day and bought a pair of boots for myself. I really like them, but I was upset over the big red "X" that was marked on the inside of my boots with permanent marker along with red initials and date and an additional red stamp of " No Exchanges, No Returns." It made me feel like they thought I was a criminal. I felt like they just defaced my property without notification. I expressed my displeasure, and was told "oh it won't show." She totally ignored my feelings on the matter. I called back and spoke with the Manager to say that I understand the reason they are marking the boots, but they could at least do it much lower, so it is not visible when wearing a skirt. I would of gave 5 stars because of how many boot options you have and the prices compared to cavenders and boot barn. I was gladly gonna buy 3 pairs of boots but ended up with one pair. Solely because of an engagement with two workers putting up merchandise in the back. At approximately 5:00-5-30 May 8th,2025, one asked if I needed help and I respond "I'm having a hard time deciding with a smile" because literally their was so many options and then the younger female says "well maybe we can help you decide" in a rude manner. Luckily I was in a good mood and I could easily just said, "I can leave, if that's what you want" But I didn't, I stayed and bought a pair of boots that i really really liked. Visiting Abilene and decided to check this place out. There were 7 people in our group all wearing a mask except myself because I have a medical condition prevents wearing a mask. I was told by a lady as we stepped through the door that I must wear a mask I politely informed her that I couldn't physically wear one .. She then said I had to leave if I wasn't going to comply.
