We had a terrible experience with this shop all the way around from the very beginning there were huge mistakes made on the stores part and the customer service was atrocious. My wedding dress sat in the back, forgotten about for three weeks until I came in for a fitting, and they realized they had forgotten to do the alterations…. While the alteration specialist, Theo had good customer service and did try to rectify all the problems we encountered. He was the only one that seemed to know what he was doing in that store. The lady that works at the front measured every single groomsmen and father in my wedding party wrong so every single shirt we got was unbelievably too big two members of our Wedding party had to go elsewhere or chose to go elsewhere due to the poor customer service and lack of organization. Prices were wrong. Shirts were wrong. I would definitely not recommend this store to any person. I had major anxiety every single time I walked into that store not to mention after I spoke how I felt about all the problems we had the front lady argued with me and was very condescending and she was little to no help to me after that ……anytime I came in to try my dress on I had to do it by myself and given that their expertise is formal ware You just expect a different type of...

I had a truly terrible experience with this company’s customer service. The wife of the owner cursed at me in Swahili, not realizing that I understand the language. To make matters worse, she deliberately delayed getting my clothes tailored. The husband had my clothes for six days, and on the day I was supposed to pick them up, he told me they weren’t ready. This entire ordeal has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will never return to this business again. The lack of professionalism and respect was shocking, and the poor communication made the situation even more frustrating. I expected better service from a business that claims to value its customers, but this experience has been nothing short of disastrous. The delay not only wasted my time but also caused me additional stress and inconvenience. I urge others to think twice before choosing this company for their tailoring needs. I cannot say enough kind words about Theo and his wife the owner of this store! I was in a bind when a local dry cleaner nearly ruined my wedding dress. Theo told me to bring it in and he was so kind to press and properly care for my dress unlike the way the cleaners handled it. He was so knowledgeable on how to handle and care for quality fabrics. Even though he is not a cleaner or presses/ steams dresses as his first line of business he could see I needed assistance and assured me he would do all he could to help. That same week I sent my sister in for tailoring of her bridesmaid dress and also took in a dress I bought for the honeymoon to be tailored. They both turned out beautifully! Theo is so professional, courteous and takes pride in the quality of his work/ business. I would highly recommend anyone who needs tailoring or formal wear to go see Theo.
