I enrolled my daughter two months ago, and I have not regretted the decision at all. She's 12 and I wanted to equip her with the knowledge and skills to defend herself should she ever need to. However, it is more than just a self defense class (which are really awesome), PMA instructors focus not only on the physical aspect, but the over all well-being of an individual. The lessons that they teach will be a positive influence through out your child's life, well into adulthood. My husband and I are grateful that we were able to find a center that reflected our own home values.My daughter has learned so much from her instructor(s) and I can see that confidence in her more and more everyday. So much so that I've decided to join one of their adult classes, in three short classes, I can already see a difference in my self, physically and mentally. I Will be enrolling my son in a month to join their program as well. I highly recommend this place. Not just for your kids, but as a whole family.

Update - I've now enrolled my son, and have also joined their adult program. I can't tell you how much we look forward to going to class each week. What a difference just a few short weeks make - my son is more focused, he's developing habits of self discipline, and since he's a little guy, I can see how this is helping him get stronger physically and more coordinated.

Five months and a world difference! I can never thank premier martial artist enough! I enrolled both my daughter's here and it was really the best thing I have done! My oldest daughter has been bullied at school for the last 3 years to the point of death threats and being told to kill herself along other things even made the news paper here in town. Her confidence was so low she didn't Laugh or joke we lived in fear every time she went to school.
