I went through the Drive-ThruThursday May 1, 2025. I started my order with a Number 3 which according to menu is Chili cheese burger chili cheese dog French fries and a Drink. The girl asked what to drink then asked what size I told her Sweet tea and Large. Then I ordered the meal deal with 3 chili cheese dogs French fries and 3 Corn dogs and followed with 2 Double Chili Cheese Burgers along with a small Sweet tea and Another Large Sweet Tea. I paid over $40 Dollars to the sour faced girl and recieved what we thought was the full order. We left and started handing order to my passengers was missing The Single Chili cheese burger and Chili cheese dog and fries for the Number 3 meal. So we looked at the receipt and she had not charged me for the Number 3. I turned around went back through the drive thru again same Sour face girl on intercom. I ordered the number 3 again with out the drink as I told her I already got the drink and just wanted the food part of the Number 3 because she didn't ring it up. I got to the windows handed her my card to pay the $12 dollars and change I said to her I have a question . I started the last order out with a number 3 why wasn't I charged for it. She looked at me and said she didn't hear a number 3. Half way back to Eula My daughter decided to eat her Chili Cheese Burger opened the Box and it was Chili Cheese fries also not listed on the Number 3 combo meal. Though they made sure she got hot French fries and chilichees dog. The fries had an after taste of old oil on them. I returned to my house called the restaurant and asked for a manager the gentleman said the manager would be there tomorrow and could he help me with something. I said I was just there twice ordered a number 3 twice and still did not get the Number 3 I got Chili cheese fries French fries and chili Cheese dog. He replied l you ordered online? I said no I was in your Drive-thru which he replied Hmmm you got two number 3s I said no I ordered a Number 3 twice and still did not get the right order either times. He asked do you have the receipt I said yes I do. He was acting like he was not aware of the issue but he was at the windows looking out at us on the second time we attempted to put the order in for the Number 3. So I told him I will be finding a way to give them a bad review and will be calling tomorrow to speak with What's the managers name he gave me his name again and I said no the Managers Name he said Rebecca (hope not misspelled. ) . I will be calling her tomorrow, thank you and good bye! Bottom line if the girl that's so mad at work doesn't know what a number 3 combo consists of without the drink needs to look at the menu and or ask what's on it before punching it in separately so as customers that have returned to get a specific meal after not getting it in the $40 plus dollar purchase on the first visit gets it the second time around. She purposely punched it in wrong because apparently didn't want to sale the Number 3 meal. If it's that hard to punch in the Number 3 maybe it should be removed from the menu or replaced with a meal consisting of the unwanted Chili Cheese French fries regular French fries and Chili Cheese Dog with a drink. Maybe then she would punch the original order in right. Just my opinion , but don't act dumb when you were present on both occasions...
Read moreI stopped by to get a bite as a repeated customer . During visit two Hispanic guys . One Miguel had terrible arrogant work conduct and acted like a red carpet in front of him. The bigger guy tattoo behind ear as I was waiting on order started acting huff and puff like a tik tok music video saying yo I'm tired of dealing with these fryer , negative attitude complaining in front of customer. Then Miguel was flirting with a blonde girl who speaks all Spanish and going to her sitting down and as a guy I could tell he was trying to game on her. She obviously wasn't feeling it. She if I'm correct has a husband or partner in life already. Food was great customer service and work conduct of these two guys was unprofessional it respectful environment. I called to employee complaint to customer service who understood reason and was good work conduct. I felt to call the store and talk with Miguel. About he is on the clock , respectful to customers , and work conduct. During the call I spoke of never know if secret shopper or someone sent by gm or owner to see how they were operating store as they were gone on Sunday. I told him I'm 45, and who I am associated with in high standard and his response was defensive saying" well I didn't say that, I had to stand firm and tell this young kid. " I'm talking and I'm informing u. Why is he pulling defense on a customer etc. He answered quickly after I edited the call with yes sir etc except the wall up defensive interruption. The big guy with tatto behind right ear that complained bout using fryers went to the bathroom hadnt before but started coughing as if good feeling he took a hit off something like a weed pen or cane etc. He wasn't laughing before so he did something in bathroom relative to someone something weed would react. . i regretted stopping there when I could of spent my money elsewhere. . I also told him u at work and as a guy I can tell you trying to mack or game on that girl with blonde hair all Spanish. Flirting . Trying to talk to her etc. By them too it was a huff and puff get to fell experience. !!!! After a few min I called back to speak to Miguel and gave him advice that he needed to be respectful to the customers and understand he is at work. I informed them he is going to upset and disrespect someone and they going to feel the urge to throw back at him or the store. Giving real advice. During the interrupted me saying I'm trying to tell u. Arguing confronting attitude. I talked over and say I'm the customer and I'm the one talking , more disrespect. How I was wrongfully treated and regretted stopping by there in which changed my hard good working day to a negative as he obviously has a attitude that he doesn't care bout all...
Read moreI was at the location in Abilene Texas where they are having the special for 5 corn dogs or chili dogs mix and match . The manager said he could not give the special and let me order additional corn dogs when I got mad and said just let me pay for my f order he refused to take my money when he was the one that sat there and argued with me and I had already waited for my food. he didn’t want to give the special that your company is advertising I got mad. Ithe manager closed the window on me and would not let me explain why I was upset and got on the phone and helping other cars. I felt so degraded because it was the sign on the store. I am only human to get upset when it was going to cost me 32 when it would of been . A little cheaper with special.
