I just cant put this review into words Ryan went above and beyond to work with me and find exactly what I needed I called him after 5 on a Friday and I had my item in less than 24 hours his customer service was so outstanding it reminded me of how things use to be ..sadly that's not the way the world operates anymore ! Tommy and Caleb delivered and were beyond wonderful they took care of everything and all I had to do was sign once they were very friendly and very respectful and very reassuring! Taylor has been helping me so much along the way! I appreciate everything she has done for me as a customer. I recently got the same bed from another store. It was broken during install. The headboard had fallen on the bed frame. And waited months for them to get back with me about getting it fixed/replaced. Never got back with me until I was ready to return it. Went to Rent a Center and Taylor was more than helpful. Even let me have a loaner in the meantime time till my bed was delivered. The delivery guys were more than friendly/helpful. And fast!
