West's Plaza Country Mart — Local services in Abilene

I find myself getting anxiety attaches and getting triggered lately while shopping here. . not do to people interaction or with employee interaction. It's the price of sthe items in this store. What we would spend on grocery shopping here , $130.00 worth of supplies is now easily $200.00 plus for the same items and all under this "covid" life we are being forced to live now and this, what I consider as price fixing as if we weren't being screwed enough already. Sorry, it's a bad trigger again just thinking of it. And once Uncle Sam sees that we will pay these high prices. .....it won't go back to less money. sense they know we will pay. Now it's the norm. Now a lack of coinage in our Nations currency. When they control everything in your day to day lives and we no longer have freedoms and it all started with this manufactured virus. And the markets we depend on for our food sources. I can't really handle this question much less anything more on this store. I am sorry for being so butally honest but I believe if we aren't brutally honest on here then it defeats the purpose of this altoeather. I hope everyone feels the same here. I NEED TO WRITE A RETRACTION !! I have been very unfair to this store. I apparently spoke before having my facts in line. I have been to many other stores in different areas and even states sense I wrote this and ...Country Mart, I am sorry. You did have the prices that dropped our jaws however , Arizona had prices and Texas had prices that were actually a li5tle more for the same products. Like many others, I was caught up in the covid freakout and had brought some neg. Outlooks that I am trying to put in check. I was going to delete but because this has been here for the time it has and had a few reviews..I thought that maybe I should add to the original ..again, please , if you have read this review I have misspoke . This store has very competitive prices on the selections they stock and employee's are still helpful and...

Called customer service to let them be aware of a pack of four pork loin chops that were dated today December 29th 2002 And I open them up because I immediately put meet dated on the day that I bought it into the freezer and I've never had this problem before. When I opened the pack of chops up to put them in my freezer bag the odor was very rank When I told the person I spoke to at customer service about this problem she did not say she was sorry or we would be glad to exchange it or refund the money for that pack of chops. The only reply I got was she would let the meat department know about it. I have always had great service at West and was really surprised to have been received...

This was my first experience here and it was wonderful, everybody was super friendly and including Renee and cindy, who made me feel welcome and who also made me smile on my way out as she helped me load my groceries. The store is super clean, everything's super easy to find and I can't Believe how inexpensive it is, what a great place to shop for even the little things, I will definitely be back just because of the customer service. I even got to meet the owner who I was super proud to meet, what a great experience to be able to shop in a store where you can find Everything quickly...
