We had a phenomenal two night stay in this exceptionally quality bed and breakfast. We would give it a 200% rating if the rating scale allowed. We stayed in a king bed room with personal bathroom within the room and including a flat screen TV, mini fridge and desk area. Both breakfasts served were so flavorful and well rounded with various fruits also included. Chris spent an unbelievable and greatly appreciated amount of time talking with us each encounter we had. She provided a wealth of information about the history of the bed and breakfast, Abilene and surrounding towns. In those discussions, we learned about many other opportunities and experiences which we decided to add to our stay/travels in and around Abilene. We wouldn't hesitated and look forward to staying at the Engle House Bed and Breakfast again in the future, returning with family and also referring several friends and family. This historic house has been beautifully preserved and restored with some of today’s additions for comfort and convenience. The rooms are beautifully appointed and immaculate.
