The manager here is AWFUL! I went through the drive thru today, and it was busy. When I got up to the window, I handed my card to the cashier and asked for the military discount. I could tell the kid was already flustered.
The manager comes up to the window and says, "No mustard, with mayo. This is your meal," and shoves food at me. I was confused, because that's not what I ordered. The manager is visibly flustered as well. When I tried to tell him that's not what I ordered, he barked at me, " This is your meal, ma'am." I, of course, try to argue. "I was talking to him. This is your meal." At this point it's obvious he's just trying to get rid of me to move on to the next person, and was being short and rude.
While this exchange is happening, the flustered teenager forgets that I asked for the military discount and runs my card for the full price. When I see the receipt, I ask about the discount. He gets even more flustered. He turns to get the manager's help, and the manager just shouts out the window without even stopping to look at me, "It'll be a minute. I'm helping these people. " The cashier asks me to pull forward.
I wait for several minutes, and after seeing several cars leave the drive thru, I finally get out of my car and go inside, thinking that he's forgotten my refund in all the hubbub.
I wait some more for the manager to acknowledge me. When he finally comes over, I ask again for my refund. He said he needs a clear drive thru in order to do a refund because it's "on that machine." At this point I've gone from irritated to just mad. "You mean I have to wait for everyone on their lunch break to come through before you can give me the refund you owe me?" He threw his arms up and said, "There's nothing I can do!"
After that I stormed out because he just didn't want to mess with giving a refund while they were busy. I come here specifically because they offer a really good military discount, but as long as that manager is there, I won't be back. It's just not worth being blown off, yelled at, and overcharged. At least they got my order right, but then again, my fries were cold by the time I got to eat them after this mess.
Tl;dr: Manager sucks, overcharges, and lies about ability to give refunds to...
Read moreThe food was good for a burger king. The service was good too, but there were employees (probably off shift) just sitting around in the eating area, and they smelled really, really bad. Like cigarette smoke and they needed a shower. I am giving it 3 stars because the young Worn at the counter was so polite, friendly, and well kept. And because the play area was so fun. Seemed messy with food and wrappers left out on the tables Would come back for an ice cream cone and the play place, but I don't feel comfortable eating the food made by those I saw sitting. Accessibility ♿️: 4/5 had all requirements by law, but nothing extra. Doors are wide and bathroom has a large stall area. Tables aren't great. Kid friendly: 4/5 I forgot to check if they had booster or high chair seats. It is scoring so highly because of the play place. I was concerned about the cleanliness, but she loved the slide and play tubes so much, I want to give it...
Read moreNever again will I go here. I felt so disrespected by this manager. When I asked to speak to the general manager I was informed she was it. This is very sad. When my whopper came out and it was cold I questioned why and was given attitude. I run a very good sized company and I have instructed my staff that on my clock they are NOT to eat here again. I will not allow my company's money to be given to this place again. The words that were said as the manager and staff thought I didn't hear were out of this world and completely not needed. The store was filthy and didn't seem that anyone even cared. I wasn't welcomed as I came into the location and I felt as if I was more of a burden then a guest. Never again and I promise that. Get a new manager and get one that will give a damn about your company and...
