Products are amazing. Staff handling some situations are questionable. On Sundays that have a 20% on a $100 purchase or higher.... I put in an online order, it fell under the deal requirements. Received the email confirmation/receipt also confirmed the deal and my order. When I get there, the women gave me a different price, I told her about my email, she seems very annoyed and tried to tell me I was wrong. Until I showed her my email, and she finally to honor the price "this time". She tried to explain to my Sunday August 31 2025 was a holiday! This has happened even on days/weekends without holidays. At this point I'm starting to think someone is pocketing the difference or staff needs to really get on the same page as their website, deals, and offers. Hope this issue is resolved, and the false advertising...

Hands down the best dispensary on the south shore! Not only do they have great prices and an ever-changing rotation of stock to give us a taste of everything new, the staff here is irreplaceable. Anthony has quickly become my favorite part of stepping into the shop; there truly isn’t a kinder, more down to earth & relatable budtender to ever do it. We greet each other with “Hey Bestie!” & it genuinely makes a difference when you can walk into a place that embraces you, just as you are, unapologetically yourself. 🤍

Such a great place! My 83 yo mom had been suffering with shingle pain for over three weeks. None of the prescription medications were working and she and my dad were so upset, it upended their entire lives. I called CannaBarn in the morning requesting anything that might help. When arrived the gentleman had products already for me and explained everything in detail. His kindness and compassion for our situation was so comforting. Brought the products directly to my mom and within minutes she had relief! She texted this morning so thankful and reporting she was able to sleep for the first time since being diagnosed!
