I was tried to place order online and stay on the phone with online customer agent for 5 hours last week, couldn't process the order, kept saying loyal points issue. I gave up on the day and checked my Visa gift card that already changed on the card?! I had $150 on the Visa gift card, left $6 only?! I was calling many times asking to transfer to manager on duty, they told me no manager no supervisor on duty. What F*?! I sent my gift card transition to the customer service's email, there's last 4 digits number, date, amount, time, everything info on the pic, they said they couldn't found the transaction?! Read moreAmway has THE WORST web site system. Not user friendly, and IMPOSSIBLE to make any changes once the order is submitted. The system doesn’t allow to change the shipping address. I took a screenshot of the address i needed the shipping for, however, somehow the system showed a different address for shipping. How the heck?!! Try calling. You will get someone who barely understands English. Difficult to communicate w the rep this way. Soooooo frustrating. Amway also has a Nasty scam going on with their “Member” fee! ABSURD. Totally. AMWAY, please work on modifying your online systems to be more user friendly, make changes like DELIVERY options at least through your customer service...
