Went to get my hair highlighted two weeks ago, I specifically asked for someone with experience with transitioning to grey hair. I was out with Ally and assured that she was the best. Ally, the young blonde girl, proceeded to dye my hair all one color on the top after I explained to her that I just wanted some highlights/lowlights so that it would blend as it was growing out. When I got home I saw that I had two different colors and visible line between the top half of my hair and the bottom half. I called the salon and they did offer to fix it. They put me with the young girl with the purple hair this time and assured me she had the experience working with grey hair. She said she was going to put lowlights in and that should give it the dimension I was looking for. I liked the way she styled my hair but when I got home and washed it, it didnāt look any different than the first time, still all one color, no variation and not what I asked for ā¹ļø I have since contacted Mary and told her Iām not happy with the service and she has ignored my text. I really expected better quality and customer service and more experienced stylists for the $200 price that I paid. My advice, save your money and...

No problem, that happens. Then, on our way, we got a call that another stylist had to leave for an emergency. The scheduler was good at offering options, not her fault, but the stylist that covered my two kids gave my son the worst haircut Iāve ever seen. I told the ladies at the salon that it looked like my preschooler got a hold of scissors and hacked his hair off. They set me up with someone else to try to fix it, but the damage was already done. A year of growing it out, cut off it one appointment (we discussed light layering to blend, but ended up with 3-4 inches cut off). Apparently this was a stylist āin trainingā according to another stylist. I get it, itās just hair. But be aware of who you are booking with. Ladies at the desk were good at trying to find a solution, 1 star review is based on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat an excellent gem in the Ada village! My first visit was today! Mary, who scheduled my appointment had me so excited to give them try! Just genuine, welcoming. Arrived a few minutes early to explore the beautiful clothing and accessories on the first floor. Glad I gave myself a little time to shop. Mary, checked me in for the appointment. She's just awesome. Breath of fresh air! Morgan, my stylist came down (salon is upstairs) and we began to chat. She absolutely nailed exactly what I wanted with curly hair. She taught me a lot about curls. She was fun, attentive and kind. It was easy to talk with her about everything! Best experience from making the appointment to checking out. Excellent salon without the hefty price! Morgan is my new stylist. Already...
