I ordered some bicycle tires online from this company without any prior knowledge. I received the order in a timely manner and found out I had the wrong item shipped. Initially, I was upset, I ordered GP 5000 str tires and received GP 5000 clincher tires. However, I found this mistake to be very simple as the boxes look identical minus the “str”. I called the company the next day and spoke with Mason on the phone. He recognized the error and working with Garrett online as well, immediately made a correction to the order. The customer service is top notch and I definitely trust this company.

I had purchased a bike here when they were "Ada Bike Shop" and included in my purchase was a free yearly tune up. So imagine my surprise when I get a $200 bill after I bring my bike in to get a tune up. They told me they were no longer honoring past agreements made and that I would have to pay for tune ups. I had strong loyalty to Ada bike shop and was prepared to have that same customer loyalty with GRBC but I guess that doesn't really matter too them. I bought all my bike gear from this place but no longer. I would even of been content with a 5% just to show that they still wanted to somewhat honor those past agreements. We stopped by the store today with full intention to visit not only GRBC in Ada, but all the LBS in the area. There were models we were interested in from all Manufacturers. However after a few test rides and the expert assistance from Tyler, We decided to not only forgo our trips to the other LBS, but forgo the lower cost options and decided on an E bike that perfectly fitted our need. This is the type of personal service and hands on approach that is missing from other LBS in the area. GRBC earned our business and future business.
