Laurel & Jack — Local services in Ada Township

We (4 of us) came in last night for the Ladies Night Out Holiday event. We entered the store just before 5, the event was advertised from 5-7. We shopped around a bit while the several staff basically ignored us. I then approached the stand where they had a sign about craft cocktails for $5 asking what they were serving, the response was “we aren’t open for that yet”. That was all, no “oh just give us a minute we are almost ready”, nothing. When I looked at my watch, it was 4:58…. It was almost as if we were an inconvenience being there. There was a skirt I wanted to buy, I left without it as I was so insulted. The rest of the stores we entered were welcoming...

What a surprise to come home to a nicely wrapped gift on my front porch. I found some amazing deals on Black Friday at Laurel and Jack. I was excited to see that the quality was what I expected (awesome) and the clothes are adorable. I ran into one of your owners in the post office and had to ask where she got her adorable coat. She shared that she was opening this store. Welcome to Ada! I will definitely be back and will spread the word for you guys!!
