Love them. Annette is amazing. The entire team there is great. Wonderful service and fast response time. Our office has been working with Annette since I started 17 years ago. Highly recommend them. After years of frustration with cheap desks, I decided to invest in quality furniture. After weeks of searching online, I was frustrated and felt like the more I spent $$, most likely the better the quality I could find. I walked into Villa Park Office Equipment based on a recommendation from a friend and was greeted by a very knowledgeable specialist Tamie. She was extremely knowledgable about the furniture lines and was able to guide me into an awesome new desk set and utility cabinet that looks great in my office. I've had a base for a chair that I really liked and hoped to keep using. Called up Jim at VPOE and he was able to give some suggestions and e-mailed me a picture of what he found. It was an item on clearance that met my needs. I went over and picked it up. He even offered to load it in my car. For a place that is normally outfitting new offices the individual service for a single piece of furniture is greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great experience.
