How is this store still open! The worst people working here every time i have shopped here they all look miserable and hardly want to help anybody in the store. Ive already seen multiple bad reviews on their attitude and condescending tones. Managers here are the worst they clearly do not know how policies work i have filed a complaint and ask the target rep i spoke to over the phone if they were in the wrong with a return i tried to do and they told me flat out they were wrong. This time it was a price difference in a toy for wwe figures which they clearly took a picture of and told me the sale was for specific figures as the tag said all wwe elite figure 16.09. The miserable manager starts saying no its only for certain figures which i point to her and say it says all wwe elite figures. Then she tells me one of them was different because it said top pick on the front and it doesnât count. To which i laughed and said miss these are all specific to a line they have called elite hence the top of the box marking elite that means they are all in the same category. To which she answers no it is top pick see and points to the banner on the box smh (thats just a notation mattel does with the figures). These people are helpless and really need a change in staff at this location. Ive gone in and out of this place to waste time in occasion for the past 2 years and they are all the same terrible people. Clearly a waste of time if i intend to make a good purchase on something i cant find elsewhere...
   Read moreMy recent experience just shocked me. I had 2 pairs of kids slippers that I was checking out in self checkout. I scanned one and set it aside and a sales associate rushed to me and asked which slipper I had scanned just worried that I had done it wrong. As she hovers over me I told her I donât need a bag when she grabbed my first pair. She continued observing the transaction. Weird. Then as I scan the last one she grabbed it and placed both pairs in a bag. I instruct my 9 year old to just remove the shoes from the bag. She looked at me judgemental and asked why? I mentioned I wanted to save it from the environment. I do not need it. Then she asked âwell what do you want me to do with it?â I told her, use it for the next customer, we have not touched it please. She then said âwell no, now Iâm going to throw it awayâ and with an angry face she tossed it in the garbage and said âhave a nice day maâamâ What? Wow! Target sure lacks the care to educating and bringing awareness to their employees. And above all how rude she conducted herself and was offended that I didnât take...
   Read moreI love Target, but they failed me. I bought something online in order to pick up in store. I had to 2 orders. First, when the coworker would scan my barcode it would say "item not found" uhm ok?? She called for help and figured it out. Which was great, but then it was time for the second barcode. I ordered a 2 piece baby outfit, the coworker only handed me the top. She once again had to call for help. Someome came and said they will see if they will have it on the floor. (I already she wasn't going to find it because when i purchased it online i had to wait for it to be delivered to the store) she came back 20mins later with the bad news. She offered to give me 50% off since i was only gettkng the top but i declined it since the whole outfit was the point. Everyone was nice and tried to fix it that's why i kept my cool but honestly it was unacceptable. This service is offered so we can buy it on online, come inside the store, pick up, and go.
