Everything is pretty much the same, but I decided to add a couple more stars because at the very least, I know what to expect here, its consistent, goooood food, that I can trust 💯 There's nothing I hate more than classic dishes changing, prices sky rocketing, or portions being cut in half, and being done all at once instead of gradually... But everything here is ALWAYS the same!!! If its not broke, don't fix it, right?! 🤷‍♀️

Have their prices gone up? Yeah, a bit, I mean they have to in todays economy - but its been small increments over time, they obviously planned ahead, and I appreciate and respect that.

More importantly the food taste and portions are absolutely the same... HUGE AND DELICIOUS 😋 YUUUUUM!!!

Oh, and the lady up front... She's definitely not as happy and bubbly as the other lady that used to work here, but she too in consistent lol. And the more we come, the more she's VEEERY slowwwwwly warming up the tiniest bit lol. I guess its just her personality, and I can't knock that 🤷‍♀️💯

My family has been coming here for YEARS, and while its not much to look at, and honestly kinda smells inside, the food is really good 👏 aaand, you get A LOT of food, for a very reasonable price. We always order their lunch/dinner meals, its only like, $9 I think, and you can get 2 meals out of it.

There USED TO BE a super sweet, kind woman who answered the phones, and took your payment Unfortunately, she's been replaced with someone completely opposite... She sounds just, super pissed to be there, never saying anything other than "ok" "yes" "no" or "10 minutes" and hangs up, no thank you, see you soon, have a good night, NOTHING.

I ordered for delivery. When I ordered, for the record on 9/5/24 around 5:45pm, the woman who took my order was extremely rude with an I don't care attitude. I ordered a 4 piece crab Rangoon. I've ordered crab Rangoon from many different places over many years.

I received my order within 45 minutes in which I was satisfied. The first thing a grabbed before getting my plate together was that crab ragoon I love so much. Took a big bite and ilthe crust had No filling. I figured sometimes it happens so took a bite out of the second and third which were all empty. The last one I broke open and you can see a trace of crab Rangoon but no filling.

I called them to explain and the same rude woman explained to me that's how they make them. After a short argument she told me to ask any of their customers. That's they're signature on the crab rangoon....no filling.

She refused ti reimburse or work with me. She offered me 1 egg roll for free but i had to drive 15 minutes to get it. Not being petty but I still paid for a product they refused to fulfill.

UPDATE: I'm posting my paper plate the day after my original post. Half chicken and half shrimp fried rice. Found zero shrimp (but shrimp tail skin was in there)and 1...

It's convenient so I call in an order now and then, but I'm soo over it now. From the zero personality of the order taker, to the inconsistencies of ingredients to leather-like chicken...foul egg rolls that they make a big deal about not charging you for with a $25 order...and they're awful! It's also annoying to be nickel and dimed for soy packets, or mustard. They'll give away those terrible egg rolls but charge for a tiny pack of soy sauce? Go figure. Oh, and I particularly enjoy the way they round up your bill which of course you don't notice as you grab your bag and go. This, my last order - with tax should have come to $22.37. She debited $25. She probably charged me for that heinous "free" egg roll. Enough said. You get the...
