This cleaning company started out ok. But once they found out their contract was not going to be renewed their service turned to next to nothing. Our company went into a contract with them, so the contract has to be completed and needs to be terminated on their terms. We have fulfilled our end and continued to pay them through the contract time. However, they do not clean. So in essence, we are paying for services rendered, yet we cannot terminate contract unless they receive it in writing and then 30 after your letter is received, will the service agreement end. It is sad to see how you still are paying for their service for 8 times prior to the end of the term, and they don;t clean for 8 days. That is twice a week. for 4 weeks.
