After a long time of hunting for a service to remove couches & a couch to replace CouchCycled took excellent care of both details. They crew was super helpful with any questions I had, Jane kept me in the loop of things via text. The purchase was made online & roughly 15hrs later was being delivered. The delivery guys Jovan & Jordan were very professional, made sure to not bump/scratch the walls. Took out the old & set up the new with super fast speed, even had a quick jam out as I had music playing. Finally the icing on the cake, having an owner call me directly to inquire of my experience & get feed back was super pleasant. This company is very professional and has great customer service. I was contacted within a business day after reaching out to them via their online form. I was able to quickly schedule for my sectional to be picked up. The owner kept steady communication with me throughout the process. He informed me in advance for schedule changes. I did not have any surprises or disappointments.

My sectional was very used so I had to pay a fee for the haul away. The fee was very reasonable. Definitely better than doing the job myself. If your furniture is in a good state, then they will haul it away at no charge because they can refurbish it.

Neat concept, very poor execution. I learned of CouchCycled on OfferUp. A sectional was listed for sale and I attempted to contact the seller, CouchCycled, through the OfferUp app. I messaged twice and never received a response. It appears that CouchCycled lists their couches on various app based selling platforms, but they don't manage the listing well. I bought a different sofa. I contacted CouchCycled to come pick up a set of sofas to donate. Their first response is that they won't travel over 30 miles to pick up sofas (I am 31 miles). I asked if I could pay a fee for the extra mile and they responded that because I'm 20 miles or more from the warehouse the fee is $100 (seems their rules are flexible).
