So I had such a Good experience in 22 and I was so excited to use this company again in 23. The process was great aside from higher costs than usual. A great start! Fast forward 6 months and I get a letter about a fine from my OK tax because apparently it was filed late. I have reached out to them multiple times to help me find out the reasons and they have continuously ignored me. They are refusing to help me through the process. I have texted and emailed with no response. I will have to pay this due to them filing it late. I was on time with my information.
