Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Carrollton

It is Taco Bueno so I don't expect much, but I do actually expect to be served. The first night before closing, the sign said open. Several cars in line waited. After quite some time, they decided to pull to the window. Still no word. Still no service. No one to be found. A car outside. Lights on inside. And the various open signs lit up outside. Tried to go in, the door was locked. Did they get robbed? There was only one car without a soul in it so perhaps there was only one person there. It was 10-20 minutes before closing but why after four cars with wait times of 10 minutes or more was there no one. Why was the door closed? Okay so people make mistakes. I will come tomorrow I thought. Day two: got there a few hours before closing time. Few people working and waiting in line inside the store... Waited and waited and no one said a word. I finally left and have decided that this Tace Bueno location needs new employees or new management before I bother again. It is just a burrito afterall.

My husband and I haven't been to taco bueno in years and I was reminded why. I'm giving the service a 1 star because of the manager. When I called to let them know that some of my order was missing but it was ok that I can come back and grab it, she was silent so I was thinking, ok maybe she's gonna check with the crew to make sure I was telling the truth so maybe she was about to put me on hold. NO! SHE STRAIGHT UP HUNG UP ON ME! Look, I know it's just Taco Bueno, but I've been in the Hospitality industry for many many years and have been a manager at that but these days, I've grown to see more and more that nobody cares no more and are rude for their own personal reasons that should be left at the door because if the company isn't making money, then how are you going to make money. Great Customer Service !!! My wife had order through Uber eats and got her entire order wrong then she drove to the Taco Bueno where they had made it Josey lane and Frankford and denied that they had done it then she went to the one in Midway since she thought maybe Uber eats put the wrong address on the app then explained to someone in the drive thru what happened and said they didn’t have any orders since their internet was down and I believed them because we always come here to eat and never messed up our orders but the one in josey Lane was trash and a lier but Cristian that works in the one in Midway fixed our ordered and gave great customer service and made my wife’s order just right .
