I don't pay the bills, but as an employee at a company utilizing this facility I can say it is very nice. Office space is very clean, staff are extremely helpful, leisure areas are through out the building consisting of small offices to make private calls or be alone to large break rooms with tables to eat some lunch. Oh, and did I mention the beer taps? Yeah, we can get up to two free beers a day with a good selection of premium beers for those with an office here. Then the state of the art premium coffee machine, capable of making a great cup of coffee or shot of espresso whenever needed complimentary to both those in the building and even guests (just the coffee). There are a number of different sized conference rooms where you can have a small group up to a large group rooms, which are easy to access via a phone app. Also, the building is accessible 24/7 via the same phone app, so no need to worry about your key. It's nice to have all these amenities that you would find in a large corporate company's building available for small to middle sized businesses, which means we can focus more on our company instead of checking in guests, sorting mail, cleaning common areas, etc. I highly recommend this location, and implore you to check it out...

City Central is an amazing office building. The facility is super clean and they offer several options for offices. They offer private office space and also co-working spaces available at all of their locations. They also have conference rooms, meeting rooms, and a training center that are available. When you walk in the front door, you are greeted by either Emily or Alexys who are always super helpful. They also have a convenient break area that offers coffee, snacks, water and beer that’s fresh on tap. I absolutely love this work space!! It’s calm and serene. It’s conveniently located on the side of the tollway and close to Restaurant Rowe in Addison. More than few things to highlight beside the crisp beer in the lounge area. -Receptionist Kathleen, and Megan are rockstars and make this work space feel like a home base rather than co-working space. -There is some pretty swaggy offices from a woman 👩 owned biz, a chain of restaurants, a marketing company and huge SF restaurants fintech company.
