Storrie Ferrell was absolutely the best to work with and is so very good at her craft. If you have ever bought a home before, you know it can be a roller coaster of emotions – so she was my realtor and therapist 😃

Originally, I was thinking I wanted a townhome, so our appointment was to see a townhome. It didn’t elate me, so she asked if I had some time to take a look at some other properties. We utilized our afternoon to view 3 more properties but the FIRST one (a house) I fell in love with. Storrie knew the neighborhood (and me) and showed me what is now MY HOME. It was the first property we saw and every other house I would compare to it. During the offer stage, there was the back and forth and ups and down with the seller, but she persevered and was my biggest advocate/proponent and worked so incredibly hard and championed ME. Her communication was incredible, and I knew what was happening every step of the way. I wanted this house so bad, and she wanted the house so bad for me. Once we had mutual acceptance, she continued to let me know what was occurring, when, and we closed in record time. Her lender partners were incredible and also fun to work with. Storrie also held my hand (first time homeowner, not property – always owned condo or townhomes) so she answered so many of my questions or came over and rolled up her sleeves and did things for me or provided me with folks that I need to contact for all kinds of things – that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. That was incredible – and so appreciated. I am so dang happy with my home, the neighborhood and it’s all due to Storrie. My wife and I are moving from NYC to Dallas. We were referred to Nick DiSalvatore by a friend to help ease the task of apartment hunting and he was an amazing help. Nick is very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. We corresponded via phone, e-mail and text to clarify what my wife and I were looking for in an apartment so that he could come up with a list of properties to show us during a short 1 day apartment hunting expedition we had planned.

On a Saturday morning, my wife and I flew out to Dallas from NYC hopeful but realistic in our expectations thinking that at most we might be able to find some properties that we could put on a list to consider. When we met Nick, both my wife and I were impressed by his organization skills, and efficient manor. After a short chat to narrow down our preferences and go over some of the properties that had availabilities, Nick drove us on an apartment hunting mission.

During our apartment search, Nick was very courteous and knowledgeable in explaining Uptown Dallas to us two newbies from NYC. He had a great handle on what we were looking for and what properties with availabilities would suit our preferences. We ended up finding a great place for a great price within only a few hours of landing in Dallas all thanks to Nick's help!

I live in Uptown (Freedman Town) and needed a new place that matched the lifestyle that I am accustomed to. I met Sharon by happenstance, doing an independent search for condos, and calling the realtors whose names were on the condo listings to express interest in the properties. I let her know my needs, and where I was currently living. She offered to be my realtor in that same call, and got to work right away.

Sharon not only has the powerful skill of pulling out a client's vision for their future home, she is also incredibly intuitive about our needs and is amazingly knowledgeable about any property we may have interest in. She is efficient and effective, ensuring that we focus on units that truly inspire us and won't be a waste of our time. She is also extremely determined, hard-working and passionate. I received a call from her every morning with updates and a clear plan of attack for the day. She is very hands on and attentive.
