We dropped off an eight year old car, described some issues and said go though it. We gave our phone number and went on vacation. We had a few phone calls to come up with some details and they got things right. 3 years later, no problems. So Monday we are bringing in a six year old car and will go through the same process. I called to set up an appointment for an oil change and I really appreciated that they asked me if I needed to wait or be dropped off. I needed to wait for my car so they gave me a time so I wouldn’t be sitting here for hours. When I got there they started my car right away and I was in and out in 24 minutes.
