Family Dollar — Local services in Adel

Stopped in to grab a few things at 1pm on a Friday. Only one employee was working and she was outside smoking when I pulled in. There were MANY bare shelves to the point I thought they were going out of business! Boxes and half-filled carts were in nearly every aisle along with trash. Both of their bathrooms were out of order! I was told some kids came in and busted the toilets. I had to walk to a neighboring business to use theirs. When I returned the same lone employee was outside smoking again. She quickly put her cigarette out and held the door for me verbally welcoming me back. There is two people on shift, but one is too busy Smoking a cigarette and standing outside chitchatting while there is 15 to 20 people in line and the only other worker is moving as fast as she can, but is having to blow up helium balloons at the same time. The store looks terrible. There are boxes and junk in every isle. The shelves are bare. This store got a remodel and then it went to hell in a hand basket. You can't find anything you're looking for and people are not going to continue to come in when it's in this condition. Someone needs to take care of...
