9th Street Bakery — Restaurant in Adel

I was recently in the hospital for 17 days and wanted to do something nice for the hospital staff on the day I was released. My husband contacted 9th Street Bakery to inquire about making a bunch of baked goods. Once we heard back from them, we knew this was the bakery that we wanted to use. They were so kind to work with and went above and beyond in every way. They delivered the baked goods to the hospital for us for free and made sure that every shift had plenty of delicious treats! To encounter this superb caliber bakery in the MOST quaint and beautiful setting was the BEST part of our stay in Adel. From the garden vegetables & flowers strategically planted and growing on the pathway leading to the front door to the beautiful display of sourdoughs & pies that greet customers, this bakery is nothing short of a New York City classic.
