This is my favorite Schnucks hands down! Every single time I go in there it is clean, well stocked and every single employee I see is working hard. They always seem genuinely happy to help me and never make me feel like I'm bothering them or that they are following me thinking I'm stealing. Which when you have purple hair people for whatever reason seem to think that your a thief or degenerate of some sort. It is such a welcome relief for my anxiety that is usually so bad that I have learned where everything is in the store so that before I go I can figure out the most efficient,fastest route through the store and figure out about how much it should cost so that I have my money ready to go. Usually I don't even bother trying to get anything from the butcher counter or ask them anything but there is one young man in particular that stands out to me. Austen. First of all this location needs a phone!! Navigating on the app was horrible. I wanted a footlong WHITE bread. After the purchase was complete the order review stated multi-grain wheat. I never chose that option. So I proceeded to look up a phone number to give a heads up, no phone number listed. So when I arrived at Subway to explain what happened I asked if he could just make the sandwich on white bread. He said well this is already made. Then I stated that on the app I chose the white bread option and still came up wheat and reminded him no phone number listed. He took attitude with me and threw the sandwich in the trash hard.
