Agawam Bowl — Local services in Agawam

Person working at the condo didn’t seem too concerned with us being there we had a party of seven people called them made a reservations weeks ahead of time on the phone. The rates were explained to me differently than when I went to cash out when I talk to a manager he was rude. I’m in customer service and I understand things cost money. I had no problem paying what I was told on the phone, but this manager didn’t even wanna budget. He just was rude. I will never go there again. I will never ever recommend it to anybody. The place was a dump like for the rates that we paid and we still had to like reset our own balls do our own scoring. That’s crazy to me at this day and age. It couldn’t even get a beer if I wanted to cause the bar wasn’t open it just wasn’t a very friendly place and too expensive for two hours of bowling basically paid $168 for it that was including the deposit I had to put I reserved the two lanes for two hours of bowling. I just think the manager was rude. There was a lot more ways that he could’ve handled it. It wasn’t even the fact of paying the money, but when I explained to him that the person answering the phone explained it differently to me he like just didn’t even care you didn’t care what I had to say...

We had a great time! Two adults, two teenagers (in "puppy love", haha) I wanted to go somewhere fun, but still be able to spy on them! This was the perfect choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Small and older place, but I liked it, perfect for my plan. They have two floors, we bowled on the bottom floor, while there were others bowling upstairs, plenty of room. The scoring was manual, which we needed a bit of help with, and got, from courteous staff, so it was easy to learn. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to go out the door with their shoes on (oops! Sorry!) but the guy was really nice about it and just asked that I change them out for my own shoes if I was going outside, no big deal, no humiliation or shame, not even for our bowling "skills". I'm definitely going...

Our children really wanted to go bowling today, and our family needs to always financially plan things before we go do activities. We checked a few other places and it was really hard to be able to figure out how we were going to do it. Their dad remembered that Agawam bowl was the next town over and I used to bowl there as a kid and when we saw the prices we decided to bring the family in! We had a REALLY great time! Better priced, great music, the staff was so friendly and really really helpful…. And it was fun seeing the kids try to candle pin bowl, they needed that challenge! We will DEFINITELY be back again to give our business to you, thank you so much for making it so this family could go out and make some great...
