Rude,Sarcastic, and Unprofessional is how I describe the management at this place. A petite blonde woman in her 40's (I later found out it was Jennifer Gagne. Yes the same woman that is in the reviews of this store) was yelling and degrading one of her employees telling them that

"They should be doing all the work, I'm the manager I just manage people. Are you that stupid to be asking me about this? It's common sense !"

She even bragged about how if they report her to Corporate she will know and fire them. After that disturbing conflict, she stormed off outside. When I finished my shopping about an hour and a half after hearing that incident, she was outside on her phone and I asked her if she was on the clock. She answered rudely and with attitude

" Yes. You have a problem? Im on my break so if there's something wrong go talk to someone inside"

Would give zero stars if I could. As a young black man I’m always faced with stereotypes and negative expectations so I make sure I always carry myself properly and well mannered. My first time walking In this store and everything was ok until check out . Two cashiers were there, one at the regular register and the other at the self checkout . The cashier at the self checkout just finished checking out the lady before me as I was next in line. She turned around looked me right in my face and yelled to the other cashier that she is going to the “back” then proceeded to close the line COMPLETELY. While the other cashier was ringing me up you can hear her ask if it’s ok for her to come back out! I’m a hard working citizen just came in to get a few things for my daughters. I usually love this store and would love to rate it 5 stars except I just tried calling 57 times and noones picking up. SO either someone's lazy as hell playing games and took the phone off the hook orrr they just don't want to do their job and pick up the phone. My mom wasn't given a bag about an hour ago and paid for the items inside of that bag and thos isn't the first time this happened to her at this location. She tried calling.
