The place had dirty linens, a leaking refrigerator and something leaking in the first bedroom! It was so loud due to it’s located in a place that has several bars and the last night the neighbors were right outside the first bedroom window talking loudly until 1 a.m. and I had to get up at 3 a.m. to go to the SJU airport. There was no parking except on the street where my rental car was involved in a hit and run most likely by un borracho from the local bars on the streets. I reported it to the local police up the street and my insurance company. It was hard to cross the street or find parking nearby. The coffee maker was a filthy espresso machine. The place was filthy! It was definitely overpriced and had false advertisement and lying reviews. It’s also right next to a cemetery that apparently graves were unearthed because the smell was overpowering! A year ago my mother, grandmother and cousin stayed at this location. They were booked for 18 days but stayed for only 2 because the space was infested with bugs. The space smelled, the bathroom was dirty, as well as the towels and linens. She tried to wash the sheets so she could attempt to sleep but the washer was full of dead roaches. My mother reached out to the manager and demanded a refund for her stay due to the horrible condition of the rental. He responded with, "how soon can you leave so I can rent it to someone else." He said he would refund her but then later refused and charged her for the full 18 day stay. Do not trust these people. My mom was robbed...
