I took my ps5 to them because they had the highest reviews near me. Needed an HDMI port replaced. (Typical for all the early ps5s.) The lady at the desk was extremely nice and helpful. As far as the work that was done. Beyond sub-par. I got my ps5 back and took it home to realize that whoever worked on it, had actually broken the stand on the bottom and also cross-threaded the bolt so I canât even take it out to replace the stand. Also the sides (the big white plastic pieces) werenât put back on right and some of the clips were broken. The hdmi port itself I donât know if it was properly put on because I can blow on it and the screen flickers. Yes, I tried a different cable to make sure it wasnât that. They also said it would be completely detailed inside and out. The fan is as dirty as it was when I took it in. It looks like someone drug a dry rag across the top of the vent holes on the top of the PlayStation because there was dust still all over it. I read reviews before I took it there. Not satisfied at all. For what it cost for this to be done was ALMOST half of buying a new ps5. Highly do not recommend.

I took my phone here and had went numerous times back and forth because they couldnât fix it the first time. They made the problem worse. They even put non apple parts in my apple phone without permission, factory restarted my phone without permission and lost all my data. I took my phone there because of my screen, after fixing my front screen.. They caused more internal problems to the point where my phone no longer works. It wonât even charge OR turn on. Itâs been a month since I have went back and my phone is worse than when i brought it to them. I have left my phone there a week overnight and every-time i came back they said it was âgood as newâ FALSE. It never got fixed and still has the same problems but much worse.    Read moreI have been a customer for CPR for a couple years now. The $10 replacement for a new phone screen protector after purchasing one initially with the company is a sweet deal. I am new to the area and immediately upon entering I was met with kindness and a positive attitude from the employee who loved making us laugh. Even after picking out the wrong screen protector, having them open it all up, put it back away for the right one, redo the entire purchase AND find out the one I had before was terrible due to a previous store giving me the wrong protector, they still were very pleasant and never broke the positive attitude where most employees would be annoyed with the confusion. They even went as far as to still only charge the $10 for replacement when I was getting an upgraded screen protector. Highly recommend this store. They do a lot more than just phones as well. I will absolutely be going back...
