I recently visited Great Clips after growing out my hair for six years to donate it for cancer. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Hanna with a big smile. Despite being the only stylist working, Hanna's professionalism and talent shone through.

I'm quite particular about my hair, but after seeing another man leave Hannas seat looking 10 years younger than he should, I decided to trust Hanna with my style. I showed her a picture of my hair style i liked from 2019, and she replicated it flawlessly, even managing to improve the layering, shaping, blending and edging. Remarkably, she completed the cut in less than 30 minutes, all while engaging in enjoyable conversation.

Hanna's seven years of experience were evident in her expertise and efficiency. Despite the apparent shortage of staff, she remained upbeat and dedicated throughout my visit. It's clear that she takes immense pride in her work, going above and beyond for her clients.

I wholeheartedly recommend giving Hanna a raise, as her talent and dedication deserve recognition. So I wanted to cut my hair super short, something in between a pixie and stacked bob. i first went to the great Clips in grovetown. It looked horrible, choppy, uneven, and wasn't anything like what i asked(even showed them pictures). So I went back again, another lady was supposed to clean it up (showed her the same picture) and buzzed one side and the back of my hair off and left the other side a weird long mess. I called the greatclips on richland to see if I could get it fixed there. Came in, melissa had me in the chair immediately and took a half buzzed chopped up haircut that I thought was so horrible and unfixable and made it look AMAZING. I first completely regretied going so short as I was scared in the first place to do so, but now im sooooo happy about it. highly recommend her to anybody, if she could fix what happened to my hair and make it look so great, I'm sure she could...

This business currently has a manager that openly discriminates against children with special needs. He had no problem telling the mother of a toddler with autism that they do not give haircuts to kids with autism and then went on to state how much he personally dislikes children and never wants children of his own. While a business may have a constitutional right to refuse service to customers who are disruptive, a)this child was NOT being disruptive, and b)businesses are not lawfully allowed to discriminate against any specific group of customers as this violates anti-discrimination laws.
