Firehouse Subs Shops @ Richland — Restaurant in Aiken County

I order 2 large and 1 medium sandwiches: 1 Turkey Bacon with specific topping. I did not order tomatoes, my husband is allergic. Hmmm there were tomatoes and he was unable to eat...trash. the next large sandwich was a steak and cheese. No green peppers or onions, no cheese, about a half and gallon of mayo, the sandwich was not eaten...trashed. the last sandwich was a medium steak and cheese...no cheese, no onions, there was so much mayo on the sandwich it made me sick to think about eating. This was a horrible experience. I called the manager and all she could say is I understand and we can remake. I live 12 miles away. I'm not going to drive back there to get more nastiness. I was told the original owners sold out and things change. I will not be going back to this restaurant. SUGGESTION: Take pride in what you do or find a new job. Also, learn to read the order...your not a robot.but I'm sure a robot will be doing...

Would be 5 stars if I could just get the pickle i ordered. I made the mistake of asking for 2 pickles on the app and when i picked it up it had only 1 of a comically small pickle. Like an appetizer weenie style pickle size. Thought it was a mistake since i order from here once a week and tried again the next week. Same thing: ordered two pickles get 1 comically small pickle as if to tell me I will be punished for ordering more than one pickle.. really strange.. now I can't even get a pickle on the side when I order my hook and ladder. I thought I was being paranoid and cranky but it turns out this firehouse is run by immature...

I have frequented this location many times with no issues. However, today I visited during my lunch break. It was very busy and it took around 15 minutes or so after I placed my order to get my food. When I got to my vehicle, I opened the paper and noticed blood, yes BLOOD smudged on the outer part of the bread. I walked back in and showed it to one of the employees who said "oh, well it could just be some marinara sauce". As he said this he was grimacing at the bread, he knew it was blood. It was NOT marinara sauce. I will be contacting DHEC. I will never go back to that...
