Tokyo Grill — Restaurant in Aiken County

Where do I start... Too many times (at least three times) was the customer service the pits. The cashier lied on me to cover her mistake. I paid for two different orders and the second order she forgot to give it to the kitchen. We were told that it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait, so we agreed. It was very busy. My family and I sat down to a booth that wasn't clean. The first order came after waiting about thirty minutes, but the second order was a hour wait. After waiting for forty five minutes I went up to the register and asked what was taking sooo long. She then notice that she NEVER gave the second order to the kitchen (printing a ticket and taking it to the back). Then after a hour and seven minutes the second order came out. She then wanted to place our food on the dirty table. I asked her to PLEASE clean it and she tried to ignore me placing our food in the table anyway (but I removed them placing them on an adjacent table until she cleaning it). After getting a couple of bits in, I went up to see if we would be compensated for the long wait and poor service... and that's where the lies, deception came in, and managers requesting the food back brfire refunding my money back. No accountablity for their mistake and poor/AWEFUL customer service. They threating the police to be called and I asked them to PLEASE call them. They stated that the cameras saw everything and I stated we will need to see the okay back when the police come. They never called, but asked me Not to return. I've NEVER been treated so inhumane in my entire life like they treated me with NO accountablity. I didn't even want to give them Inge start, but that's the only way I could comment (first bad comment that I've ever given). Shrimp fired rice is rice w three - four shrimp ..nothing else in it. Menu have prices went up.. $1, $.80 wings, $.50. Wings was $5.99 and now $8 n change..dinner menu price say $8.55 it's 11.15 ..$1 increase where? $.80 increase where? More like $3 & $4 increases and price is different every time you visit and we get the same thing. So, what y'all go up every day, week? Honey lemon pepper wings are delicious! The girl at the front counter who pretends to be the manager and owner has the worst attitude. She is always too busy having a conversation with someone else when you call in an order of trying to order in person. Then, when she gets the order wrong she wants to have an attitude. I've tried to talk to the owner but the girl at the front counter blocked my number. Way to handle business blocking a phone number because you can't handle feedback! 👏🏼 I have had this problem 3 times now so there will not be any more chances now that this girl has blocked my number because she is petty. This place is really a joke letting someone speak to customers in the manner that she does. She does not need to work in customer service. My entire work family orders from here but I'm sure there will be more reviews to come on this girl. I will make sure to get a name so that I can update...
