kanda Kitchen Wings & Philly — Restaurant in Aiken County

I ordered the wings and chicken tenders. Received 4 shriveled chicken tenders for $7 & the 10 wing lemon pepper wet combo for $12.99 smelled inedible and tasted worse. Owner Jason Yang occupied 1 of the 2 indoor seats and sprawled out with his bare feet on the chairs like he was lounging at home and didn't acknowledge that his paying customers who asked to dine in, needed a place to sit. When Gerardo offer to get the manager who had stepped into thekitchen, Mr. Yang came through the door and immediately had an attitude that I wasn't happy. I explained that the wings tasted rotten he asked if he could try one, couldn't even finish one tiny wing himself and said that's how they are supposed to taste and refused my request to try something else on the menu in exchange.

We will not be returning.

I do want to add that his staff Gerardo and Monique were both lovely and couldn't apologize enough for my experience. Their customer service was not lacking in any way. The owner could follow...

After eating the same thing from there for a whole week straight, I ordered the same today. After tasting, I realized something gave my rice a spoiled taste. I called and the manager told me to bring it back so he could check it out. I advise him that I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted the rice because I liked it every other time! After making the rice over, it smelled more spoiled! The manager argued with me that nobody else complained although it smelled. The worst customer service experience ever with them!

I can't believe this, but it was terrible. The first time I came a few months ago it was fine. Clearly all new people in the front and back. The service was mostly fine, except the guy trying to convince me that chicken nuggets are boneless wings. But the bread on my "Philly Cheesesteak" was stale, and the whole thing was gross. My kid ordered boneless wings and they gave her chicken nuggets and insisted they were boneless wings. I don't eat shrimp so I don't know what was wrong with the fried shrimp, but my other kid ate one and abandoned the food. She usually loves shrimp. My youngest didn't eat her rock hard chicken tenders either. Spent about 50 bucks and left hungry. Will...
