I had a great experience!!! I was heading to work when my engine light come’s on and you think instant doom. But I remembered that Oreilly’s say’s they will plug there code reader in and give you a read out on what code and different options on what repair’s might be needed. So I pulled in on my way to work so I didn’t have alot of time but I figured I would check it out see if I can at least get the code that my truck was throwing figured out. I walk in and I’m greeted by an eager helpful gentleman named Chandler. I explained to him that I was heading to work and my truck threw a code and I wanted to see if they could get me the read out. He explained that it was real easy and quick and he grabbed the code reader and a pad of paper and pen and with in a couple minutes we had the code and a read out out on my truck. And there was a list of items and I had already replaced the TPS sensor 2 weeks prior and I inspected my Idle air sensor and it was caked with carbon. And it was one of the items on the list also Chandler looked on the latest forum about the problems I was having and we narrowed it down to the idle air sensor and the PCV valve. So for them both with a lifetime warranty was $70 bucks which is a great deal if it works AND IT DID!!! I was able to swap the idle air sensor in the parking lot and reset my computer and my truck had been doing great ever since. It was a huge helping hand that I needed to get this fixed and because I just bought the truck out of state and had the take to emissions that coming weekend. And if you go to emissions with your engine light on it’s an instant fail and it cost’s at least $200 bucks till it get’s waved. Well I passed emissions on Saturday with no problems and no engine light on it was $15 and on my way. I wanna thank Chandler for all his help I wouldn’t have been able to get this fixed without his quick help great knowledge of the tools he utilizes at work. I was amazed how quick we had the code figured out and the read out in are hands to part’s In a bag and out the door. I made it to work on time and had my truck fixed before I made it to work. Big thank’s to Chandler keep up the...

About a month ago I had purchased a master pro wheelbearing for my car because my wheel bearing was obviously going out I hadn't gotten paid yet. I needed something, bought the wheel bearing installed it into my car.. yes I know it need pressed in. I work at a bearing store so that wasn't an issues. About a week later. It sounded like I had a wheelbearing going out. I had assumed it was the passenger side being. We just replaced the driver's side. So we replaced the passenger side to have it, not go away. So I was trying to disnosis what else could be wrong with my car and I spent up to 3 weeks trying to figure out what possibly could it be as it got worse, I realized it couldn't be anything else, but the wheel bearing. So I had taken apart the driver's side, which I had already apart, 3 weeks ago to find out that it was indeed the driver's side wheel bearing. Because of this whole ordeal and driving on the bad wheel bearing because I had to get to work and back for the 3 weeks in which it was broken, it totally scraped up and distroyed my spindle terribly bad, my steering knuckle or spindle, whichever is the proper word for it got so scratched up from this terrible piece of s* Wheel bearing that they sell to people as adequate parts to fix their car. The reason I'm making this review is because if I didn't have the resources I did or if I couldn't work on my own car and figure all of this out, this could have been a terrible ordeal that could have destroyed my car, what did O'reilly's do about? It absolutely nothing nothing they even made me pay to rent. The press, in which I needed to press the correct bearing in Luckily, I work at a bearing store, and I was able to get it pressed in. But had to wait til Monday and be without a car for the weekend.........i will never again not go to Acura...
Read moreWent to this location to purchase lightbulbs. Was greeted by a female associate and asked to wear a mask. Not a problem. Charging me 65 cents and forcing me to wear one? Just lost all of my future business. I work retail and happen to know that since the mask mandate is NOT a law, that any company that chooses to enforce it MUST under the ADA, accommodate every customer. Forced purchase is not accommodation. Been a loyal customer for years, bought all of my batteries for all my vehicles from O'reilly's, all the oil and filters for my changes, countless tools and ancillary items, and the unprofessional attitude of said employee, combined with the companies apparent "we will charge you to force you to wear something to conduct business" is entirely tyrannical. Guys at the valley location are way better. Shame to take my money to AutoZone but my bulbs ended up being 7.99 instead of 12.99, so saved myself money twice. If the manager ever reads this, I strongly urge you to adjust your stance regarding health mandates, and brush up on the local RCW's and Washington health code. I have worked customer service for 5 yrs and was absolutely appalled by your employee and the fact that you would dare force something down someone's throat and bill them for it. You either have no integrity or have a misguided understanding of a business-customer...
