Ziora's Clubhouse — Local services in Airway Heights

This was my 3rd time in this store..Will be the last..

As a new mtg player I was excited to find out there was a store that mainly focus only on magic the gathering,until I started coming back..

They never really have stock..and when they do there always happens to be a issue, and the pricing changes every time..

The older gentleman that works there is god awful disrespectful in there. Its either they somehow everytime you order, theres something wrong with order or pricing changes without telling you until you get there, ive been low balled out of money in trades and when show them there mistakes they make you feel like your the bad guy when your just going off what the sign says...

What pulled the trigger on not wanting to come back after today was when I go in and they have a paper stating that they do 70% on cards over $5 and go off of tcg card player for pricing..as I walk in trying to trade my 2 cards, not like I was trying to get a arm and a leg it was a total of $9.06.. and I have the pricing pulled up on the cards he wants to try to give me .75 cents less than the cards worth, as a new player and don't have a lot of cards and just trying to fix my decks, that's a lot...and this has happened more than once now and I've had to catch him everytime...the older gentleman got extremely frustrated with me and started getting aggressive with his tone, telling me "i don't know what you want me to do" and threw his arms in the air..but when I show him the stores paper clearly stating that that's not 70% and pulled up the math and tcg card player for the price of it.. i was calm with him but he got more aggressive with me, telling me "do you understand me" after everything he tells me. he eventually gave me Accurate pricing on what the store is states it does..

Like I understood the whole time, I was going off your stores policy..clearly he wasn't the one understanding..

It's been just so unprofessional and VERY unwelcoming..as a new mtg player I just recommend way better places that the staff is much more friendly and doesn't treat you like a bag of rocks... 4/10... Just sucks there's nothing...

This location was a little bit hard to find It is in between the vapor lounge and Mongolian fry. If you find Noodle Express it is behind the buiding directly diagonal from noodle express. They do not have a sign, I feel that that would highly increase the chances of people finding this location. However, It is a very small card shop and they do have board games they also have snacks and drinks to choose from. They host magic the gathering, and have a bunch of magic the gathering cards for sale. We have not attended any events or anything, but if you're looking for a place to play a board game with friends or learn something new I would suggest this place because it is pretty quiet and...

Zioras is my closest shop and I never had problems with any of the workers. I've been by enough that Ivan greets me by name every time! They have a great selection of singles, that you can order online. They're usually fulfilled quickly and priced very fairly! I use Cardkingdom most of the time and their prices beat them by a large margin.

They have a great bulk bin to sift through and impulse by singles. Only thing is I wished they carried more colors of Dragon Shields!

Love this shop and hope it stays...
