7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

update Love 7brew! My favorite is the banana nut bread blondie w oatmilk! That being said I had an unpleasant visit today (while using my freebie, of course)! When the girl brought it out it was darker than usual, she also did not repeat the drink order back to me (which they have every time), so I asked if it had oat milk. Which she got an attitude and said “I just added the oat milk, I’d know haha”, I pulled forward and told myself I wasn’t going to let my freebie be the only bad drink I got. So I asked the girl if she could remake it. They then sat my drink in the building. Took out the straw and then gave it back to me and asked “tastes better?”, I said “no it doesn’t”, she said sorry and I was on my way. No they weren’t busy either, I went around 3pm. For them to say they remade my drink when I saw that they didn’t is unacceptable. I will be bringing this up whenever I go next time.

I tip $5 every time along with my drink. And I don’t think I’ll be doing that anymore with the service I received today. Hope the girl has a better day and doesn’t take it out on any more customers.

Okay, so , I'm back talking about 7 Brew and the staff there. It's now my favorite coffee spot above others. 7 Brew is breaking out here in Cuyahoga Falls as the premier coffee drive through café!

From iced coffee, to slushes, to muffin tops, they have impressed me. While they are a tad expensive (but isn't your Starbucks?) it's always worth it.

When you come by, expect the most friendly staff that I've had the pleasure to meet! They are all amazing! I wish I knew all their names, but the two people I do know are Maddie and Brooke. Amazing people.

Sometimes the line gets long depending on the time of day, but they are quick, and professional. I love the place, but hey, that's me.

Probably the most frustrating experience I have ever had while trying to get coffee. While waiting in the drive thru line I was never stopped and had my order taken. Meanwhile other people around me are having their orders taken and receiving their drinks. The 2 cars behind me in line had their orders taken AND received their drinks before I had anyone take my order. It was like I just did not exist even though I was sitting in a big SUV in line waiting. Someone came up to my window and asked if I had my order taken yet, I said no, and then they proceeded to walk away and grab drinks to take to the car behind me.
