I originally left them four stars, but I’ve had some issues after the delivery of my furniture. One of the pieces arrived slightly damaged, but since the delivery guys did not assemble the furniture like they were supposed to (I did not know they were supposed to and they did not mention it while delivering) I did not see the drawer on one of my night stands was wonky and did not close properly. There was foam in the drawer for delivery and looked fine at time of delivery. So the next day I loaded up the night stand and brought it to the store. I waited weeks for my furniture and did not want to wait even longer. I was hoping to switch it out with the floor model which was in perfect shape. I was informed that they don’t and won’t do that, and the night stand was on back order so they could not get me another one for months! After hearing this I was hoping the manager would make an exception and let me switch it out with the floor model. Still no. I was told my only option was to use the manufacturer warranty and have mine repaired. I was given the Ashley corporate number and told to call to set that up.
WOW, was the customer service at the Ashley corporate delivery and repair place bad. They first insinuated that the fact that the delivery guys did not assemble the furniture was the sales persons fault for not making it clear to me they were supposed to, then blamed me for not noticing the defect before the delivery guys left. I explained there was foam in the drawers for delivery and not everything was unpacked until the guys were gone. She did not seam to care. So I have to wait for repair parts to be delivered to my home (if they are not on back order) and then call back to get a repair appointment for someone to come out to make the repair. Needless to say it’s already been two weeks and nothing.

Read moreUpon arriving at the Ashley store in Cuyahoga Falls, we were greeted by Forrest M. After telling him that we were just looking for new living room furniture and weren't sure exactly how were going to furnish our room, he said that he would just hang back, but would be around to answer any questions or address any concerns that we may have. Instantly, both my husband and I felt relieved that we wouldn't be hounded by a salesperson only interested in making a quick sale. After going back and forth through the store, my husband and I chose several different pieces of furniture that were suitable for us. Forrest was able to help us pull everything together with end tables, love seat, sofa an oversized chair and ottoman (which is everything!), a piece of wall art, and a rug. While there, we also selected a new mattress. Forrest is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different types of mattresses and how they affect sleep and the body. Very informative! Nick A. also assisted in the process. Ashley.....these gentlemen deserve a raise! We are so happy to have had Forrest and Nick to assist in what could have potentially been a stressful experience. Both were very professional and patient. Read moreOverall a good experience, but at the end of the day, they are still a stereotypical furniture store, albeit a fancier one. Like any store, you need to do your own work ahead of time. We went right before the 4th of July and found the furniture set we wanted. It was $4,600 and offered some July 4th discount and financing sale. We didn't end up buying that day, but I took a picture of the price card. After procrastinating for entirely too long, we went in July 19th and the same exact set was listed at $3,800. However, I had looked online that morning and the set was listed for $3,200. The deal that day was 25% off the entire store so I ended up getting it for $2,950. So they clearly inflated their prices before the 4th of July in order to give you a "discount". That is the reason for taking off a star. The experience in the showroom was great. The salesman was helpful but backed off when he wasn't needed. He didn't push too much for the sale. He was friendly and got my paperwork done up quickly. Overall a...
