Scrubs 4 Less — Local services in Alabaster

Communication is awful, ordered scrubs almost 3 weeks ago and get a different story from each person I speak with.

Subject: Unprofessional and Hostile Conduct by Company Representatives

After picking up my order a few Fridays ago, I noticed that two tops were missing. I contacted the company to report the issue and expected a timely, respectful resolution.

Instead, I was shocked to be confronted—unannounced and uninvited—at my place of employment by two company representatives. Not only was this an inappropriate breach of boundaries, but the representatives also arrived hostile and accused me of dishonesty.

Let me be clear: I document every transaction and interaction. I have receipts and records that fully support my claim. For a business to respond to a simple customer concern with such unprofessional and aggressive behavior is completely unacceptable. I finally received my last 2 monogrammed tops, the plastic was still on the monogram. When I spoke with the lady she stated all I had to do was soak it in water. None of our other tops were like this. I have pictures of the first set compared to what I received today. Unprofessional at it's best. I am a business owner myself and would never treat clients this way.

As a result, I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and requesting an investigation into this matter as well as the Federal Trade Commission.This situation could have been resolved civilly through respectful communication. Instead, the conduct displayed crossed a serious line that was a threat to my safety by coming to my place...

Very far out of the way...Poor lady was the only one working the store yet she seem to know everything, super helpful and a very pleasant smile, she's African American very petite woman...I would return only because of her! However their prices are toooo expensive & the selections aren't that great, aside from that their no refund only exchange or store credit policy...

Found what I was looking for.. had to come here from Montgomery looking for my husband Scrubs.. this store has a larger selection of men wear than our shops in Montgomery.. she was friendly and offered many times to order anything I liked that wasn't in size on the rack.. offered me a discount without me asking.. love this place.. and the Scrubs I got him fit perfectly!!!!...
