If I could give this store location a one star I would. My fiancé and I came to this store three times. Two times separate. The first time he went nobody greeted him, he went in to get a gift card, nobody spoke or greeted him. I went in during Christmas time and the store was not busy. There were many workers on the floor and not one single person greeted me. I felt very judged going in, most of the time I shop online but due to a store opening so close to my home I was super excited to actually get to try on things in store. Today, I received an online order and bought the wrong size. I went to this location to go get a different size and again no greeting. The atmosphere there is absolutely cold. There was plenty of workers that will make eye contact with you but not try and help. Had to ask someone to let me into the fitting room as the workers inside kept ignoring us for a good 5 minutes. I visited this Lululemon about a month ago and had not a great experience. I was greeted right when i walked in which was great and was about the extent of how welcoming i felt. Checking out, I asked about my military discount (I’ve never not had the lulu employee say something after bringing up my profile), and was being discredited for my service as he stated it wasn’t showing up in the system, which would have been fine, except how rude the employee was. I pulled up my account on my phone and showed my membership profile to show prove and he then brought over the store manager for her to tell me well it’s my fault for not saying something from the start and basically causing the situation. I recently visited this new location and had the most wonderful experience! I was greeted by Ken who had the most fun and uplifting personality! He made my experience INCREDIBLE. I was intimidated by the sizing and selection and he made me So comfortable! You could really tell he lives what he does and loves helping people! I also met Lucí who was the sweetest! She measured me, made me feel like a million bucks and helped me with sizing and fit! I felt so comfortable with her! Another gentleman was there who was super friendly too. I don’t remember the last time I walked into a retail store and felt loved on and supported! I usually shop online but Ken and Luci made me want to shop in person again!!
