Buff City Soap — Local services in Alaiedon Township

When this store first opened I loved it, would have been an easy 5 stars. Today I went in, they had 1 seasonal scent and that's it. There was a woman that greeted us, when I said we'd been there before I was hoping she would leave us alone, instead she followed us around telling us about all the products and sales. While I appreciate friendly staff customer service folks need to learn to read their guests. Instead of following us around she or the other person in the store could have hopped on registers and helped the poor person with a 6 deep line taking forever on a return.

Prices here have gotten out of hand, 9 bucks for a bar of soap is wild, 17 for a tiny container of sugar scrub is really just not worth it. You can get an organic scrub from a supermarket for half that and it's just as good if not better. I find ther scrubs...

In a world where customer service is lacking everywhere, this store is a breath of fresh air! My two kids and I went this evening and they were excited. My two LOVE bath bombs and were wanting to buy everything in there. The lady checking us out was so friendly and genuinely enjoyed my kids excitement for their products. She even gave each of them a bonus sample soap to try!

Leaving my son said his nose was sad to be going…it smells amazing! I’m so excited to try out everything and can’t wait to go back!

Loved the store! I had gotten this brand’s products as a gift and online before, but had not been in a local store yet. The owner immediately greeted me and was very welcoming and friendly. The other employee who was there was also very helpful. Their selection is impressive and their scents are strong, which is great for handmade products! I got an assortment of items, from laundry detergent to bar soap to soap whip, there is a scent for you here!
