It's been two months since my initial visit and review. I've gone back twice. The first time was for custard shakes during a promotion, and the second time was to check out their all-day breakfast menu at breakfast time.
The night of the custard shake promotion, the full staff wasn't even aware of the company-wide promotion. I had to mention it to the cashier to get a shake appropriately discounted. The promotion wasn't clear that it would only be for one item, though -- although I'm not sure if that was necessarily the case anyway. The shakes were honestly a little too thick and needed to be eaten with spoons. I know some are into that, but not exactly my personal interest in getting a milkshake.
This morning I stopped by around 10 a.m. to grab breakfast. The advertised hours suggest that they are open at 8 a.m. Not the case. There was no one there when I pulled up to drive-thru to order. It was disappointing. They need to update their hours and/or get their stuff together.
We made an online order during the grand opening and encountered no problems with ordering or receiving all of the food we ordered. It was nice to be greeted by the store manager who went out of his way to tell me that the food is the best in the area, specifically the chicken tenders and the custard shakes (which is fighting words for a restaurant less than a mile from Culver's). Truth told, the food was just fine. Not particularly remarkable but not bad. I appreciated that the combo meals were served in boxes, and my wife and I enjoyed the switch-up combo that allowed us to try two different sliders. This should honestly be the default, otherwise why don't we just go to the Culver's or McDonald's in either direction to order one full-size burger?
My review is a 4 star right now but pending. We'll have to come back to see if the service and quality are consistent. Maybe we'll do a dine-in order to see how the food is at its most fresh. Overall this is a nice addition to the area, but it remains to be seen how they can compete with close in proximity competition that has been here...

This was our first time visiting this establishment. We will never return. My wife ordered BOX 3 and requested the slider with COD. Upon receiving our meal, my wife bit into her slider and realized they gave her chicken instead. There was a young woman employee on the floor. We called her over to explain that we ordered COD and received Chicken. I showed the receipt indicating we ordered COD. The employee than proceeded to investigate whether the meat was COD or chicken...
She indicated she needed to verify the receipt at the register. A few moments later she came back with another employee to re-verify that the meat in the slider was Chicken. Both employee's agreed and finally after 5 minutes remade our sandwich.
We have never been so insulted at a restaurant, ever. It was a $3.99 slider....remake the damn thing correctly and move on. Why does it take 2 employee's to verify the meat and that the receipt was correct. The employee's at this location made us feel like we where trying to cheat y'all out of $4 sandwich.
At the end it just wasn't worth it. The food is sub-par quality and doesn't distinguish it self out compared to anyone else. If I'm going to spend $42 on food, I'm better off going across the street to Cracker Barrel where I'm not disrespected and I'm treated with quality service.
Worst experience ever.

Read more"Hunger is the best sauce" - Don Quixote. I had spent the past few hours before going here in the humid heat, sweating a ton, moving important things out of my apartment, and all on an empty stomach. Finally, when I'd finished I was so eager to eat something and had seen this place open a few month back, and it was open late. After ordering, pulling through, and having great friendly service from Dylan, my partner and I sat in the parking lot and opened our food. One complaint I've always had regarding fast food places is how thin the patties are, and how they have no seasoning. This wasn't the case here. The patties were incredibly juicy and mouth watering, and tasted so good. The sauces were incredible, as were the fries and onion rings. We also tasted the chicken tenders and honestly, better than raising canes. It came with Texas toast and similar sauce, but instead the chicken was not dry and the breading was crispy and not soggy. If you're looking for something quick, with a lot of good options, and are as hungry as you were when younger after swimming all day with friends, this place will fill your stomach without cutting flavor for price. I will definitely be coming back again whenever I have my frequent across michigan road trips due to...
