This was our third time visiting this place. It was just alright, a bit of a wait on a Saturday night and the food wasn't hot and fresh. Update: I was given a phone number to call about my complaint. I called the number and was give an email address to Mark Wolok (I guess he's like distrct Mgr or something) and was told he would he would rectify me experience with a gift card of aome sort. I emailed him and let him know what happend. Mark responded "Please contact Chuck at our store you left no number to contact... however I did leave my full address and name. So, now I call Chuck on 03/28/2024 . Chucks not there, so I leave my phone number and information and what it was about and to this day I have yet to hear from Chuck or Savvy Sliders. Poor customer service.

1st visit..Terrible burgers! Dry buns, tough burger. I ordered it with mustard and pickles and I picked up the burger and mustard was everywhere! Very long wait. Fry’s were greasy and tasted like old grease. I ordered chicken strips as well they asked what kind of sauce I said honey mustard and got BBQ through the the pickup window she handed me my burger/ fry meal and forgot my chicken strips.(the strips were ok) I understand people make mistakes but the whole experience was bad. Not to mention very expensive.(2 sliders, fry’s,drink + 5 strips = $25.00. I don’t need a fancy cardboard box for my burger. Unless the burger is fancy which it wasn’t. Don’t need to go back

I had never heard of Savvy Sliders before. When I walked in and looked at the menu it's clear they're going after the same market as Raising Cane, which I've encountered mostly in the south and focuses on chicken fingers. This place emphasizes chicken sliders and fingers, but also offers beef sliders. I had their chicken finger basket. It was very tasty. The chicken was just slightly cooler than I'd like but still warm. The breading was outstanding on the chicken. It came with fries that were delicious, I got the ones that were unseasoned. It also came with buttered toast which was soft and delicious. This was a new restaurant chain to me and worth returning.

It's been two months since my initial visit and review. I've gone back twice. The first time was for custard shakes during a promotion, and the second time was to check out their all-day breakfast menu at breakfast time.

The night of the custard shake promotion, the full staff wasn't even aware of the company-wide promotion. I had to mention it to the cashier to get a shake appropriately discounted. The promotion wasn't clear that it would only be for one item, though -- although I'm not sure if that was necessarily the case anyway. The shakes were honestly a little too thick and needed to be eaten with spoons. I know some are into that, but not exactly my personal interest in getting a milkshake.

This morning I stopped by around 10 a.m. to grab breakfast. The advertised hours suggest that they are open at 8 a.m. Not the case. There was no one there when I pulled up to drive-thru to order. It was disappointing. They need to update their hours and/or get their stuff together.

We made an online order during the grand opening and encountered no problems with ordering or receiving all of the food we ordered. It was nice to be greeted by the store manager who went out of his way to tell me that the food is the best in the area, specifically the chicken tenders and the custard shakes (which is fighting words for a restaurant less than a mile from Culver's). Truth told, the food was just fine. Not particularly remarkable but not bad. I appreciated that the combo meals were served in boxes, and my wife and I enjoyed the switch-up combo that allowed us to try two different sliders. This should honestly be the default, otherwise why don't we just go to the Culver's or McDonald's in either direction to order one full-size burger?

My review is a 4 star right now but pending. We'll have to come back to see if the service and quality are consistent. Maybe we'll do a dine-in order to see how the food is at its most fresh. Overall this is a nice addition to the area, but it remains to be seen how they can compete with close in proximity competition that has been here...

Ticket Number 22 for 12/21/2024

This was our first time visiting this establishment. We will never return. My wife ordered BOX 3 and requested the slider with COD. Upon receiving our meal, my wife bit into her slider and realized they gave her chicken instead. There was a young woman employee on the floor. We called her over to explain that we ordered COD and received Chicken. I showed the receipt indicating we ordered COD. The employee than proceeded to investigate whether the meat was COD or chicken...

She indicated she needed to verify the receipt at the register. A few moments later she came back with another employee to re-verify that the meat in the slider was Chicken. Both employee's agreed and finally after 5 minutes remade our sandwich.

We have never been so insulted at a restaurant, ever. It was a $3.99 slider....remake the damn thing correctly and move on. Why does it take 2 employee's to verify the meat and that the receipt was correct. The employee's at this location made us feel like we where trying to cheat y'all out of $4 sandwich.

At the end it just wasn't worth it. The food is sub-par quality and doesn't distinguish it self out compared to anyone else. If I'm going to spend $42 on food, I'm better off going across the street to Cracker Barrel where I'm not disrespected and I'm treated with quality service.

Worst experience ever.

I sent this same response to Savvy Slider corporate through...

"Hunger is the best sauce" - Don Quixote. I had spent the past few hours before going here in the humid heat, sweating a ton, moving important things out of my apartment, and all on an empty stomach. Finally, when I'd finished I was so eager to eat something and had seen this place open a few month back, and it was open late. After ordering, pulling through, and having great friendly service from Dylan, my partner and I sat in the parking lot and opened our food. One complaint I've always had regarding fast food places is how thin the patties are, and how they have no seasoning. This wasn't the case here. The patties were incredibly juicy and mouth watering, and tasted so good. The sauces were incredible, as were the fries and onion rings. We also tasted the chicken tenders and honestly, better than raising canes. It came with Texas toast and similar sauce, but instead the chicken was not dry and the breading was crispy and not soggy. If you're looking for something quick, with a lot of good options, and are as hungry as you were when younger after swimming all day with friends, this place will fill your stomach without cutting flavor for price. I will definitely be coming back again whenever I have my frequent across michigan road trips due to...
