I permed my hair two months ago and decided to let my hair grow to see how I would look like. The sides and the back of my hair were getting too long and thick. The length of the sides was able to cover my ears, and I was able to tie a small ponytail on the back. I was like alright it's bugging me. I wanted to trim the sides and shorten my hair up front a little bit. I decided to give this place a try after doing some reviews. I walked in and it was not the owner whom customers complimented online, it was another lady. I knew this would go down south, so I explained as clearly as possible on how I wanted it. She started fading the sides and I checked. It seemed ok and to be a good start. Then I explained again that I just wanted my hair on top a tiny bit short. Nightmare came. She cut and trimmed my hair about at least 3 inches and completely changed my hair style. 90% of my permed hair was gone. I knew this would happen and I shouldn't have come. But it's too late. I let it go because I tried to look at the bright side and told myself I don't need a haircut in 3 to 4 months. So I let it go and it was okay to me. I didn't bother to really check my hair until this morning after washing it. The fade on the sides were uneven. The right side was a lot longer than the left and the hair was sticking out. I was pissed enough to trim the sides again by myself to make it even. I noticed she didn't even bother to look and check if the hair was even. she just kept on cutting and trimming. I was nice enough to say to her it looks okay at the moment. But once I found out the hair was uneven. It was not okay. The lady didn't follow my instruction and I felt like I wasted my money to perm my hair two months ago. One thing I could compliment on was the prices. I guess what you pay is...

Not good you explain what haircut you want then you explain more then the lady asks what picture but then she says she been cutting hair for so long. Why i fact do you need pictures to cut hair of you been cutting hair for so long hello. Also maybe learn more english as well so you can understand client. The only reason why i got a haircut there is it was recomended on yelp. Oh well i am not going back because having someone tell me they been cutting hair that long needs to be shown a picture. Also how many other barber shops have many pictures as well. If its the owner thats fine just listen to who wants there hair cut and do it dont ask oh which picture do you want your hair cut at sorry for the long post its just i have no clue how to get a simple answer out.
